Is the free plan a trial?

No. It is free forever. Online card payments, the ability to generate quotes, work orders, and invoices and several other features pause 2 weeks after you pass $1,000 in monthly sales, but most features remain free forever.

Do I need a credit card to start?

Not for the free plan. Pick your trade, name the business, and the site is live in about twenty seconds.

What does card processing cost?

Card fees are billed by Stripe at their published rates. We do not add a platform fee on top of your transactions.

Can I bring my own domain later?

Yes. Start on the free subdomain and point a custom domain whenever you upgrade — SSL provisions automatically.

What happens if I downgrade?

Premium features switch off, but customers, jobs, invoices and history stay exactly where they are. Nothing is deleted.

Does the team count cost extra?

No. Both plans include up to 100 employee accounts, crews and the mobile app at no per-seat charge.
